A fan-favorite in our household
Ingredients:
12-14 graham crackers
1 and 1/2 sticks of butter
mini marshmallows
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use vegan dark choc chips)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 and grease a glass pie pan
Crush graham crackers in a bowl (I actually use a potato-masher to make this easy and quick!)
Melt butter and combine with graham crackers. Mix in powdered sugar.
Press mixture evenly into the pie pan.
Bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven and top with chocolate chips. Return to oven and allow to bake for about 5 minutes until chocolate begins to melt.
Remove from oven again and top with mini marshmallows. Return to oven and bake for 3 minutes.
Switch oven to broil and allow marshmallows to brown (about 2-3 minutes depending on your oven)
Allow to cool and enjoy! (For best results when cutting the pie, allow it to sit in the fridge for about an hour if desired)
